I created Breathwork Tuesdays (20:00 CET) in January 2021 during my 500h Breathwork training to share this beautiful healing tool with friends & family. I always believed my most fav people would meet on my 30th or wedding day (one day baby), now they first met during a pandemic in a zoom room, and I got to watch them breathe & share vulnerability together.
After the first session the feedback left me with a heart full of joy, so I decided to have a second one.
Quickly 20 breathers turned into 35+, faces I have never seen before with sparkly eyes, some tears of joy, some of relief. Voices I have never heard before speaking words of gratitude & excitement and familiar faces sharing through their stories and vulnerability.

Now I am excited to officially offer those 60 mins to anyone that is interested in taking a little vacay during the week, releasing stuck emotions, rebalancing your nervous system to re-gain clarity & creativity. Reclaiming your power and remembering your strength to give your beautiful being a little cleanse through the gift of presence.

- Headphones or a speaker

My Tuesday Club is FOR FREE & I want to keep it that way. There is nothing that feels better than sharing the power of the breath & everything I have learned the past months with as many people as possible.
Some have been asking for my PayPal though, so if you feel called to leave any tip, that is of course always welcome.
IT IS IMPORTANT FOR ME to ensure that everyone will be able to join and no-one should worry or feel stressed if they can come breathe with my on Tuesdays or not.

If you do have any of the above conditions, please let us know. There are other breath patterns that may be more suitable for you, and you are always welcome in our community.
Also it is imperative that you do not drive, operate heavy machinery machinery, work with sharp objects or partake in any other potentially hazardous activities until you feel fully grounded. This may take some time so please plan accordingly.
