CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHING

I AM JULIANA OHNEBERG

After traveling places with an open heart and a thirsty soul for years, I have always been deeply touched by the depth of genuine connection I was able to experience regardless how long the encounter, on which continent or the language spoken. After short times spent together I would be left with a deep feeling of unity and oneness. 

After my first Breathwork session I found myself way deeper than expected, with a feeling of love and belonging, my entire body vibrating with energy and a heart excited to discover more. All guided by a stranger via zoom, sitting on another continent. Connected through conscious connected breathing. 

I would love to leave you with a deeper feeling of connection to yourself, excited and curious, with sparkly eyes and thirsty for growth, leaving traces of this beautiful feeling that we are all somehow connected wherever we go, one breath at a time.

Creating a safe space where people feel comfortable to fully surrender to their authentic self and let go. To offer a little vacation during a 7 day week, to simply be with oneself, to release what needs to be released, cry, shake, smile and dance if you want to. I know those "woowoooo" things might sound all a little “WTF - that will be awkward” to you - I feel you. No worries, there is no have-to dos, all you really gotta do is breathe and let go of whatever wants to flow through, allowing your authentic self to be heard, seen and felt. 

It is my passion to create a safe container where you feel comfortable to fully surrender into your inner temple, deeply grounded as your silent witness to finally re-member and re-integrate all parts of your being. 

Lets go on a little vacation - we all deserve a break.

WHY BREATHWORK?

Breathwork offers a very safe and easy way to enter a different state of consciousness, addressing stuck emotions as daily stress, anger, anxiety or grief, bringing us inner peace, opening up for personal transformation and self-healing.

 

As we slow down our heart rate and lower our blood pressure, we create a deep feeling of relaxation and space to fully open up and let go. Re-connecting to our authentic-self and rebalancing the mind while detoxing our body and strengthening our immune system.

INTERESTED?

Once the day has come, all you really have to do is get comfortable, close your eyes and connect to your breathe. You will need nothing else but yourself and about 90 mins of your time, I do advise to wear loose clothing that give you enough freedom and space to breathe, find yourself a calm spot where you won’t be disturbed so you can fully surrender to the practice and enjoy it. I also recommend to bring your headphones to assure you get the most out of the practice and a blanket that will keep you warm and comfy (body temperature might change). Try not to eat heavy meals for at least 1-2 hours before the session.

No previous experience is required and EVERYONE is welcome.

"I love love looooved Juliana´s breathing class. The way she guides you through the class is truly magical. Her voice is so calming, kind and reassuring. The music she uses in the background let´s you go deeper and into a meditative state very easily.
